Tiffany Lisk is the
Wisconsin Statewide Parent-Educator Initiative (WSPEI) Family Engagement
Coordinator for Cooperative Educational Service Agency 4 (CESA 4) in western
Wisconsin. Her role is to create stronger connections and engagement between
schools and the families that they serve.
Tiffany is
the mother of a daughter with multiple disabilities that include
epilepsy, an intellectual disability and many challenging behaviors. She have been an involved parent
throughout her daughter’s school years and continues to support her to have a
happy fulfilling life in her community

Prior this role Tiffany
worked as a school nurse for 12 years and was a district family engagement
liaison for that same district for 9 years.
In her role as a WSPEI Family Engagement
Coordinator, Tiffany mentors parents to become educated and positive participants in the
individualized education program (IEP) process. She also connects families and educators with
agencies and organizations that provide services to parents and educators of
children with disabilities, supports individual school districts in building
strategies for family engagement and provides training and mentoring to
district-selected family engagement liaisons to support families and district
family engagement activities, including parent advisory groups and information
groups
